Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary logistics projects across locations, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional partners. The role spans offices and time zones, delivering scalable logistics operations and data-centered improvements.

You will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, manage 3PL relationships, monitor KPIs, and drive forward/backward logistics strategies to align with Google’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
• 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
• 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow.
• Manage and monitor metrics for KPIs, vendor scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics changes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
