Job summary

Google is hiring a Technical Program Manager for Warehouse and Logistics Security Systems. You will lead the design, standardization, and implementation of physical security across Google’s global warehouse footprint and logistics networks.

You will coordinate with internal partners and external integrators to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards, including TAPA FSR Level A Certification. Significant cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, security management, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing physical security technology projects from design through deployment and commissioning.
• 3 years of experience in technical program management, leading cross-functional teams in logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Author detailed security design templates and maintain physical security technical specifications to ensure warehouse tiers comply with asset protection standards.
• Oversee physical security construction from inception to completion with site teams.
• Support vendor bidding, issuing technical specifications, running RFPs, and awarding agreements.
• Facilitate integration of warehouse security systems into SOC and COE for real-time tracking and response.
• Collaborate with Logistics Security to achieve and maintain TAPA FSR Level A Certification while optimizing design efficiency.
