Job summary

FNS, Inc. in Ridgefield Park, NJ is seeking a full-time logistics sales professional to oversee sales activities, build customer relationships, and provide pricing forecasts for international shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in logistics sales, with strong negotiation, analytical, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual Korean-English is required; Chinese is a plus. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 5 years logistics solution-based sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive, data-driven approach.
• Excellent relationship management and ability to communicate complex logistics solutions clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales activities including planning, budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships.
• Provide bid phase shipping estimates and develop pricing and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate and arrange import/export services for international goods.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives and manage projects to achieve growth and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report project progress and maintain knowledge of logistics markets.
