Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking an experienced pricing professional to oversee freight forwarding and domestic transportation pricing. You will develop solutions for oversized cargo and build strong vendor and carrier relationships to support competitive customer outcomes.

The role requires monitoring market rates, preparing daily/weekly pricing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting standards. A bilingual English/Korean communicator will excel in this environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in freight forwarding, transportation operations, carrier management, or freight and transportation pricing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop effective customer solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors, carriers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage freight forwarding and domestic transportation pricing activities to support competitive and effective customer solutions.
• Develop customized pricing solutions for OOG (oversized and heavy cargo) transportation, including Flat Rack (FR), Open Top (OT), and Breakbulk (BB).
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and carriers, and support negotiations for domestic transportation costs, including CNTR, Flatbed, OTR, and specialized equipment.
• Monitor market conditions, transportation rates, and competitor pricing to support pricing strategies and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and report daily and weekly sales and pricing performance.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the domestic supply chain, including market conditions, pricing structures, transportation modes, and equipment.
