Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead overseas support operations in Washington, DC. You will supervise staff, develop QA measures, and ensure compliant processing, packing, and shipping of overseas materials for Peace Corps contracts.

You will coordinate with DHL, COR, and government partners to resolve issues and drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes safety, training, and accurate reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to federal partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of college coursework.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience in time-sensitive operations.
• Three years in receiving/warehousing/logistics management.
• Experience with reporting, compliance, and workforce development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas support processing and shipping to meet contract requirements and quality standards.
• Supervise and coach contractor personnel to maintain a productive team environment.
• Develop and implement QA measures for accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as liaison between Didlake, Peace Corps, COR, and key stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to shipping, processing, and quality control procedures.
• Provide training and develop instructional materials for operational excellence.
• Analyze productivity and quality metrics and generate required reports.
• Address operational issues with timely corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance, and export reporting compliance.
