Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects, from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing costs and efficiency.

You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, obtain permits, and coordinate deliveries to project sites, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires international travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3–5 years) required.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation planning/project cargo required.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations for different countries.
• Experience with cost models and/or cost analysis.
• Excellent Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability/experience working in a constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for assigned logistics projects.
• Manage and own budgets for all assigned projects.
• Own execution of logistics supplier contracts on projects.
• Complete customs documentation with carriers and forwarders.
• Lead meetings, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure safety and compliance in port operations and deliveries.
