Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in international logistics or cross-border e-commerce.
• Experience with U.S. market, global platforms, or large-scale international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle by identifying market opportunities and defining strategy.
• Analyze U.S. market needs to design products and logistics solutions for local business.
• Drive market research, planning, solution design, validation, launch, and optimization for NA.
• Define requirements, user stories, and architecture with engineering and operations teams.
• Monitor performance and user feedback to improve functionality and outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality releases through project management and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with teams in China and the Americas on prioritization and execution.
• Track logistics trends in the Americas and develop intelligence reports for planning.
• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for adoption and growth.
