Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain or logistics operations.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily project performance metrics and identify anomalies.
• Maintain client relationships through regular visits and seamless issue resolution.
• Lead lean process improvements and cross-departmental initiatives.
• Track revenue performance and pursue growth opportunities.
• Coordinate resources across operations, sales, and product teams.
