Responsibilities

• Establish and improve the training and capability enhancement system for the Americas region.
• Plan annual/monthly training plans and related standard processes to promote standardized implementation.
• Coordinate needs surveys, solution design, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and training delivery.
• Establish training effectiveness evaluation and tracking through satisfaction, exams, and business performance.
• Develop and update the training materials, course records, and employee training files.
• Promote online and standardized archiving of training data for efficiency and traceability.
