Job summary

BLOKEES in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to manage orders end-to-end and ensure timely fulfillment for major retailers and distributors.

You will coordinate with US warehouses, carriers, and China-based teams, track shipments, and generate regular reports on delivery performance and inventory levels. Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, customer operations, logistics coordination, or a related field.
• Familiarity with retail routing guides, delivery appointments, and warehouse/shipping processes is a strong plus.
• Experience working with major retailers, distributors, or FMCG/toy/consumer product companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ability to organize, analyze, and interpret order, shipment, and inventory data.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer orders from order receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with U.S. warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
• Handle routing requirements and shipment arrangements for major retail/key account customers.
• Monitor order and shipment status, identify potential issues, and follow up on exceptions or delays.
• Communicate with China-based teams regarding order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
• Maintain and organize shipment, order, and inventory data, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Prepare regular reports and conduct data analysis on shipments, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
