You will schedule carrier pickups, resolve order issues, prepare daily reports, and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipments. Strong English communication and Excel skills are required; Chinese or Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent English communication required.
• Proficiency in Chinese or Spanish preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong ownership.
• Basic computer skills and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process dropshipping orders and related tasks.
• Print shipping labels and coordinate order picking, verification, and dispatch.
• Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups for timely shipments.
• Resolve order-related issues and prepare daily operational reports.
• Communicate with warehouse team to ensure on-time processing and shipping.
