Carillon Green Inc. is a Tampa-based global chemical ingredients distributor serving cosmetic, personal care, household cleaning and industrial industries.

We seek a Logistics Coordinator who will manage inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers, and maintain shipping documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will be proactive, highly organized and skilled in negotiating rates, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2 years of logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle all logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments and imports.
• Negotiate rates with trucking companies and warehouses.
• Manage shipping documentation and records.
• Document shipments with photos, tracking info, delivery proof.
• Warehouse management and label changes.
• File all claims for damaged material and orders.
• Knowledge of Hazmat; certification is a plus.
• Send samples to current and potential customers.
• Warehouse/inventory management.
• General office duties and errands.
