Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time and accurate delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders about status and delays.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
• Track shipments and identify logistics issues or disruptions.
• Maintain shipping documents and logistics records.
• Support inventory movements and reconcile shipment discrepancies.
• Provide logistics updates to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
• Assist with logistics reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
• Escalate risks or service concerns to Logistics or Operations leadership when needed.
