Job summary

SEKO Worldwide is seeking an Operations Coordinator in San Francisco to support import/export shipments, coordinate pickups, quotes, and destination services across global offices.

You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and portal; track shipments, prepare documents (MAWB, manifest, SED), and work with brokerage for customs clearance while coordinating with carriers to optimize routing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years related experience.
• None preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via phone, email, and web portal.
• Manages time-specific pickups and best import routing by Ocean and Air.
• Quotes and routes for import shipments with overseas offices.
• Collates export documents and coordinates with brokerage for customs clearance.
• Tracks shipments and provides updates to customers.
• Books shipments with carriers and runs monthly gateway/lane reports.
