Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the transportation and logistics division.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Manage staff including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop plans to improve productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners and vendors.
