Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse/transportation/supply chain operations.
• Experience leading warehouse and transportation operations at scale.
• Experience with WMS/TMS and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within facilities.
• Develop efficient transportation routes and schedules for timely delivery.
• Negotiate carrier rates and benchmark against industry peers.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships and contracts.
• Track KPIs: on-time delivery, transit times, and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with goals.
• Oversee international shipments and import/export compliance.
