Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead Connectivity Capacity Deployment Operations—driving end-to-end logistics from distribution to deployed capacity. You will partner across warehousing, transportation, and 3PLs to scale operations, manage escalations, and roll out tooling in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/3PL/transportation or related areas.
• 5+ years in matrixed org, solving complex problems.
• Proven track record leading warehouse/transportation ops at scale.
• Experience with logistics systems (WMS/TMS/OMS) and cost management.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce allocation frameworks directing constrained inventory toward high-impact programs and deployments.
• Triage competing requests using criteria and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization to reduce shortages for deployment.
• Coordinate day-to-day deployment planning to move hardware to capacity.
• Oversee on-site 3PL and warehouse operations ensuring safety and compliance.
• Track KPIs and resolve bottlenecks and operational risks.
• Support RCA on inventory discrepancies and SOX controls.
