Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead Connectivity Capacity Deployment Operations—the end-to-end logistics engine that moves data center hardware from our distribution network into deployed, live capacity. You will partner with internal teams, scale operations, and drive efficiency in a fast-growing space.

In this role, you will manage 3PL and warehouse operations, set standards and KPIs, and oversee planning across North America with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/3PL/transportation management.
• Experience in matrixed organizations handling ambiguity.
• Hands-on with logistics systems and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Define allocation frameworks for constrained inventory.
• Triage requests by revenue impact and deployment risk.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization for shortages.
• Coordinate day-to-day deployment planning to move hardware.
• Manage movement of goods with on-time delivery.
• Oversee on-site 3PL and warehouse operations.
• Track KPIs and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support RCA on inventory discrepancies.
• Assess supply chain costs per program.
