Job summary

Evereden is seeking an ambitious Operations Associate to scale our supply chain and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. You will own end-to-end shipment execution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.

The role requires a detail-oriented problem solver with 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and authorized US work status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred in manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, or beauty.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs compliance, freight forwarding, and domestic shipping coordination.
• Familiarity with the duty drawback program is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g. Fulfil) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTS classification and tariff codes is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate challenges, and drive results.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment execution – scheduling, tracking, and coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, supporting customs compliance and efficient movement of shipments through the transportation process.
• Proactively monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues – maintaining real-time visibility, escalating delays, and communicating updates to cross-functional stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Implement and maintain logistics SOPs, shipment records, and trackers, identifying opportunities to standardize and improve execution across the supply chain.
• Support the Duty Drawback Program by managing import/export data, maintaining compliance documentation, and tracking eligible duty recovery claims.
• Review carrier rate quotes, negotiate shipment costs, and review and approve shipment invoices to secure favorable pricing and ensure billing accuracy.
• Track and categorize logistics costs and compile and reconcile month-end spend by category.
