Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist, Carrier Management, to run day-to-day carrier execution across air, ocean, and ground for Starlink. You will manage lanes, performance, and risk, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong logistics and data-analytic skills, with ITAR/ C-TPAT awareness preferred, and on-site work in Redmond, WA or Bastrop, TX.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of global logistics operations with domestic and international focus.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or science preferred.
Experience with ITAR and C-TPAT compliance is a plus.
Proven ability to manage complex carrier networks and freight programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily carrier management and shipment flows.
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to ensure service quality.
Track inbound/outbound material status and act as liaison for logistics issues.
Mitigate transport risks and coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service.
Negotiate rates and service levels with carriers; support contract terms.
Analyze transport data to identify improvements and cost reductions.
