Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist, Carrier Management (Starlink) to manage day-to-day carrier execution for domestic and international freight. You will oversee shipments across air, ocean, and ground, ensure service targets, and provide a clear risk picture before delays reach production or customers.

You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize routing, rates, and contract terms while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of global logistics operations experience.
• Experience in domestic and international supply chains.
• Proven ability to manage carrier relationships and risk.
• ITAR and C-TPAT regulatory familiarity.
• Experience with intermodal networks and global logistics models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier management and daily operations.
• Track and update status for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Mitigate transport risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service.
• Negotiate rates and service levels with carriers.
• Reports on transportation status to stakeholders.
