Qualifications

• Experience as Logistics Manager with distribution and logistics management.
• Globally oriented logistics experience incl import/export and international supply chains.
• Background in materials management (e.g., Materials Manager, Inventory Control) progressing into logistics preferred.
• BS in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Leadership skills to coach warehouse staff and drive results.
• Proficient in standard logistics, WMS, and ERP software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning of logistics, warehouse ops, transportation, and customer services.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure import/export activities adhere to global and local trade regulations and ISO requirements.
• Arrange warehouse workflows, catalog goods, plan routes, and process domestic and international shipments.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
• Maintain metrics and analyze operational data to drive improvements and hit targets.
• Lead, coach, and train warehouse staff and build a high-performing team.
• Proactively resolve bottlenecks, logistics issues, or customer complaints.
