Responsibilities

• Strategic planning of logistics, warehouse ops, transportation, and customer services.

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our complete order cycle and end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will strategically lead logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service functions while maintaining high standards of efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in global and international logistics and has a demonstrated history of driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations, cross-border compliance, and vendor management. Candidates who have progressed from a hands-on materials background (such as a Materials Manager) into logistics leadership are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
• Order Cycle Management: Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Global & Local Compliance: Ensure import/export activities adhere strictly to global and local trade regulations, laws, and ISO requirements.
• Warehouse & Logistics Execution: Arrange warehouse workflows, catalog goods, plan shipping routes, and process domestic and international shipments.
• Stakeholder Negotiation: Liaise and negotiate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
• Inventory & Performance Tracking: Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall operational efficiency.
• Data & Metrics Analysis: Maintain key metrics and analyze operational data to assess performance, implement continuous improvements, and hit targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse workforce to build a high-performing team.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any operational bottlenecks, logistics issues, or customer complaints.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager with a strong record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Global Logistics Background: Proven hands-on experience navigating international supply chains, import/export regulations, and global freight. (Must-have)
• Materials Experience: Prior background working in materials management (e.g., Materials Manager, Inventory Control) progressing into logistics is strongly preferred.
• Education: BS in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrable ability to effectively lead, coach, and manage warehouse and logistics staff.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in standard logistics, WMS, and ERP software platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
