7+ years of experience in international logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or distribution.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems; Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end international fulfillment operations from supplier order release through shipment and customer delivery.
Coordinate international transportation, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL providers, FTZs, warehouses, and distribution centers.
Establish and manage logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, freight costs, customs clearance time, and fulfillment accuracy.
Identify and resolve shipment delays, customs issues, transportation disruptions, and other supply chain risks.
Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, trade, and company requirements.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to optimize supplier-to-customer logistics, including drop shipments.
Support ERP implementation, maintain accurate transactions in Epicor Kinetic, and drive scalable process improvements.
