Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, engineering, business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong communication and strategic leadership.
• Experience leading in matrix organizations with key stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes global transportation strategies across domestic and international freight.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for transportation and 3PL.
• Drives continuous improvement and standardizes SOPs, KPIs for transport and distribution.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage vendor relationships to optimize service.
