Allison Transmission is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A to drive key business processes and support strategic initiatives across a multinational organization with approximately $6B in revenue. You will optimize finance workflows, enhance systems, and enable scalable financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• MBA or PMP certification preferred.
• 5–7+ years of FP&A or finance transformation experience.
• Experience with finance systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms (SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive process improvements across two segments in finance.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics enhancements.
• Partner with segment finance and corporate FP&A to review processes and implement best practices.
• Support strategic initiatives such as system upgrades and data governance enhancements.
• Coordinate in developing business cases, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Document key finance processes, controls and workflows for consistency and compliance.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, accounting, and operations to align requirements and execution.
• Monitor performance of new processes and tools to sustain benefits.
• Prepare presentations and updates for senior finance leadership on progress and risks.
