Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain and logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with global sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution in apparel/retail.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience leading large teams and managing external partnerships.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics technologies and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global logistics strategy aligned with growth, service, inventory, and profitability objectives.
• Oversee optimization of the logistics network across sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
• Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international transportation activities.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets and performance objectives.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships and cross-functional collaboration to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing logistics organization.
