Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to lead domestic and international transportation operations, with a strong focus on parcel strategy, import/export execution, carrier management, and contract optimization.

You will partner across Supply Chain, Global Trade Management, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to improve service, cost, compliance, and global transportation processes. Travel ~10–25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation or logistics, including parcel and import/export.
• Experience leading teams or major logistics programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead global parcel strategy across domestic and international networks.
• Optimize parcel contracts, perform rate modeling, and carrier selections.
• Manage import/export transportation and customs exceptions.
• Oversee multiple transportation modes and KPI-driven improvements.
• Develop routing standards, carrier scorecards, and governance.
• Drive freight audit, payment controls, and reporting.
• Lead TMS and freight audit projects from requirements to deployment.
• Analyze spend and shipments to identify savings opportunities.
• Contribute to governance, SOPs, training, and change management.
