TARGAN Inc. is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of global logistics operations.

This role ensures shipments of capital equipment, components, and service materials move efficiently and compliantly across domestic and international supply chains. You will manage logistics partner relationships, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in international shipping (import/export).
• Experience with 3PL warehouses and carrier relationships.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Ability to analyze freight costs and logistics performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global logistics strategies to support growth and expansion.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation across domestic and international lanes.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with carriers and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and service levels.
• Establish scalable processes, dashboards, and controls for visibility and repeatable deployments.
• Resolve disruptions including delays, holds, and documentation issues.
• Lead and develop field-based teams in a fast-paced environment.
