Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Manager to oversee global shipment activities, coordinate with internal teams and distributors, and optimize costs while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate invoicing.

The role requires 3–5 years in shipping/logistics, familiarity with major carriers, HS codes, and inventory software like SAP/Xero, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping and logistics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with freight, UPS, FedEx and DHL domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of HS Codes and commercial invoices.
• Experience with SAP, Xero, or similar inventory software.
• Strong mastery of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all shipment activities across all lines of business, domestic and international.
• Collaborate with departments, 3P distributors, and partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Ensure shipments comply with interstate laws and regulations.
• Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages.
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouses on documentation to match receiving logs.
• Receive and transfer product for correct location and invoicing.
