Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping regulations and documentation.
• Proven ability to optimize logistics and supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, scorecards, and performance reviews with a focus on on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and track actions with Gantt charts.
• Communicate freight costs, risks, and corrective actions to management and stakeholders.
• Plan transportation routes and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and customs processes.
• Direct fleets, supervise warehouse operations, and optimize receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor freight budgets, processing of shipments, and documentation accuracy.
