Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Sr Logistics Specialist to manage domestic and international shipment documentation, build strong carrier relationships, and monitor on-time delivery performance. The role supports proactive issue resolution to ensure shipments arrive on time and intact.

You will coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders, analyze data to improve delivery efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or transportation management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process domestic shipment documentation and provide backup for international logistics.
• Monitor movement of shipments across the supply chain and work with carriers to prevent delays.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and carriers for high service quality.
• Create carrier performance reports and track on-time delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and trade compliance teams on international shipments.
