Qualifications

• 5+ years d'expérience en fret forwarding, coordination logistique ou gestion du transport.
• Connaissances solides des concepts, pratiques et procédures d'expédition nationales et internationales.
• Autonomie et capacité à communiquer les conclusions et faciliter les résolutions entre parties prenantes.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
• Sens de l’urgence et gestion efficace des incidents d’expédition sensibles.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et traiter la documentation d’expédition nationale et apporter un soutien à l’équipe logistique internationale.
• Suivre les mouvements physiques des envois et agir proactivement avec les transporteurs pour éviter les retards.
• Établir et entretenir des relations avec clients internes/externes et prestataires de services fret.
• Recueillir et analyser les données pour créer des rapports de performance des transporteurs et des KPI.
• Coordonner avec les courtiers en douane, transitaires et équipes conformité sur les exigences d’expédition internationales.
• Identifier les anomalies et proposer des résolutions pour améliorer le coût et la performance.
• Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue dans les processus logistiques.

Job Description: WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

SkinHealth Systems ships devices, consumables, and service parts to providers and distributorsn more than 90 countries — and every shipment depends on precise carrier coordination, documentation accuracy, and proactive issue resolution to arrive on time and intact.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for managing domestic and international shipment documentation, building carrier relationships, tracking on-time delivery performance, and taking proactive action to eliminate transit delays before they reach the customer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and process domestic shipment documentation and provide backup support for the international logistics team as needed.
• Monitor the physical movement of shipments across the supply chain from pickup through final delivery, taking proactive action with carriers to eliminate transit delays.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, external customers, and carrier service providers, delivering exceptional service quality.
• Collect and analyze supporting data to create carrier performance reports and track on-time delivery KPIs.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal trade compliance teams on international shipment requirements.
• Identify and elevate logistics exceptions, shipment discrepancies, and carrier performance issues with recommended resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes, reduce cost, and improve delivery performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or transportation management.
• Solid knowledge of domestic and international shipping concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Self-directed with the ability to communicate findings, make recommendations, and facilitate resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage time-sensitive shipment issues effectively.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working directly for a freight forwarder or third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
• Familiarity with trade compliance documentation including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and country of origin requirements.
• Experience with TMS (Transportation Management System) or ERP platforms.
• Background in medical device, consumer products, or beauty industry logistics.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Primarily office-based role with extended periods of sedentary computer work. Occasional visits to the warehouse or shipping dock to coordinate freight activities. Standard mobility required for cross-functional meetings and carrier interactions.

The compensation range for this position is $73,000 – $83,000 per year. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. We are committed to pay equity and transparency. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on objective, job-related factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
