Rollo Express in the United States is seeking an experienced Logistics & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory planning, purchasing, Amazon FBA replenishment, domestic transportation, international freight, and customs coordination for a growing U.S. e-commerce company.

Qualifications

Inventory forecasting and demand planning experience.
Experience managing Amazon FBA inbound shipments and Seller Central.

Responsibilities

Forecast inventory requirements using historical sales, current inventory, sales velocity, lead times, and expected demand.
Determine PO quantities and timing, maintain safety stock, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers; track schedules, deposits, balances, and shipping deadlines.
Coordinate Amazon FBA inbound shipments and replenishment quantities for fulfillment centers.
Book and coordinate domestic transportation (LTL/FTL) and negotiate freight quotes.
Manage international LCL/ FCL shipments and coordinate with factories, forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.
Coordinate customs clearance and review import documentation (HTS codes, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
