Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in international logistics and warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience with ocean freight shipments (China to U.S.).
• Experience managing 3PL distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of retailer shipping guidelines and EDI/ASN requirements.
• Strong Excel, ERP systems, and logistics reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international ocean freight shipments (China to the U.S.), including full and LCL, booking schedules, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, drayage, and final delivery.
• Manage relationships with multiple 3PL providers across the U.S., overseeing receiving, inventory management, warehouse capacity, order allocation, fulfillment, outbound shipping, and returns/inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure warehouse operations align with customer delivery requirements, including deadlines, routing, EDI/ASN, and packaging and labeling standards.
• Track shipments and orders across POs, product styles, containers, and customer accounts; address delays, shortages, holds, and disruptions.
• Evaluate performance of freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse partners for service timeliness, paperwork accuracy, cost efficiency, and retailer compliance.
• Maintain logistics and inventory reports using AMT and Excel; provide updates on arrivals, processing backlogs, fulfillment, transport costs, 3PL costs, and outstanding issues.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline freight planning, optimize container use, improve inventory accuracy, and coordinate with internal/external partners.
