Job summary

Complex, a leading independent artist merchandise company, is seeking a Director of Logistics & Inventory to own domestic and international movement, storage, and oversight of artist inventory across eCommerce, Touring, Retail, and other projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of global freight, customs, and inventory management, with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-paced environment. In-office 5 days/week with potential peak-season hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of global freight, customs, and cross-border shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end domestics and international shipments for eCommerce, Touring and Retail.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and partners to book and track shipments.
• Oversee inventory across multiple locations with regular cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Develop and manage relationships with 3PLs and storage partners to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
