Position Overview: The Manager of Inventory Control and Logistics is responsible for managing the

company’s rental assets for the US and Canadian markets. Maintaining meticulous details for item counts,

storage locations, and dispositions is critical to maximizing utilization and ensuring quality in execution.

The role is also responsible for leading overall routing and transport strategy to effectively deliver quality

inventory to projects on time. This role is responsible for supervising the Warehousing and Transportation

Coordinator roles and leading collaboration with various departments, clients, vendors, and partners to

ensure flawless product and service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by storage location and assigned project
• Ongoing accuracy of inventory available for rent and in process by storage location so that inventory can be accurately assigned to projects
• Lead annual/periodic inventory count and reconciliation
• Collaborate with Field Services and Warehousing Teams to ensure product quality
• Manage status for items not available to ensure they are processed before being assigned to projects
• Repairs and Refurbishments planning/budgeting
• Supervise inventory management of non-inventoried tools and product accessories
• Contribute to overall inventory planning
• Evaluate utilization and seasonal demand versus existing supply
• Participate in rental inventory CAPEX and internal redistribution strategy to maximize utilization and projects served.
• Coordinate with eps Americas´ Finance department to ensure accurate and timely activation of new inventory

INVENTORY LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT

• Manage the reservation calendar (Equipment List) to maximize utilization and job margins
• Collaborate with MD/Sales/Project Management teams to effectively reserve inventory to projects and suggest alternatives when requested items are not available
• Manage logistics planning to minimize transport of the inventory across projects (routing of materials from job-to-job, utilize 3P storage locations, etc)
• Working with the Transportation Coordinator, supervise transportation operations to ensure on-time arrivals of materials at the lowest possible cost
• Supervise the Transport Coordinator role and lead sourcing strategy across transportation providers to maximize cost competitiveness across all types of transport services
• Build direct-hire and in-house capabilities to reduce costs further while delivering even more control over transportation management
• Manage 3rd party freight brokers to ensure cost competitiveness and accuracy
• Track and manage all details associated with international inventory movements
• Collaborate with internal customers (eps International, other eps entities, etc)
• Track and manage all custom clearance details associated with international inventory movements
