Qualifications

• Advanced Excel data handling and analytical skills.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal associates to support account management.
• Query, collect, and analyze customer, logistics, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Perform quantitative analysis using advanced Excel and statistical methods.
• Support procurement event management and post-event vendor selection.
• Support and maintain carrier management software solutions used by the business.
• Measure and monitor service level agreements and strategic initiatives.
