Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Logistics, 3PL or Transportation required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in operations and business management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations through daily contract operations.
• Attain profit objectives; provide financial analysis for customers.
• Develop additional business opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensure safety, maintain quality, and monitor cost control programs.
• Lead problem solving and foster professional relationships with customers.
• Oversee staffing to meet customer needs and control labor costs.
• Establish continuous improvement programs using Kaizen, LEAN, and EQS.
• Manage annual budget, monthly P&L, payroll and cost analysis.
