Responsibilities

• Partner with the Procurement Regional Director to translate priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and structured reporting.
• Lead and coordinate transformation and improvement projects across Ground and Rail, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Build project plans, track progress, manage risks, and deliver concise, executive-ready updates.
• Conduct research, analysis, and business case development to evaluate opportunities and improvements.
• Facilitate alignment across operations, commercial, finance, HR, and other functions for coordinated execution.
• Support change management activities including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare polished presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for internal and customer discussions.
• Identify process gaps and support standardization of improved working methods.
• Serve as a central coordination point for the Regional VP, signaling barriers, risks, and priorities.
