Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating freight, transportation, shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments (parcel, LTL, air, ocean).
• Experience with freight carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments using parcel, LTL, air, ocean, and other modes.
• Schedule transportation with carriers and freight forwarders to meet customer needs.
• Prepare shipping schedules and manage packaging, permits, and route planning as required.
• Coordinate with Crating and Production Planning to ensure shipment readiness.
• Maintain shipping docs: bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, origin certificates.
