Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong customer orientation and a background in import operations, global logistics, and Customs Compliance. You will coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight, support fulfillment and distribution, and ensure SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in freight forwarding or logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 10% is required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Ocean import) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn logistics operations quickly and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills.

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers and 3PLs.
• Manage and support fulfillment and distribution activities.
• SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensuring operational best practice.

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Continuously evaluate logistics processes to improve efficiency and support growth.
