Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in international logistics or related fields.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations with pricing, lead times, and terms for international customers and subsidiaries.
• Process orders, coordinate shipping with facilities and freight forwarders, and prepare export documentation.
• Ensure customs compliance, prepare country-specific shipping documents, and communicate order status to customers.
