Job summary

SIFCO Industries, a premier aerospace supplier in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipping and receiving, documentation, and SAP entries. The role focuses on maintaining shipment records and ensuring compliance with import/export terms.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in logistics, and SAP experience. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer portals and ASNs are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of logistics, shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Experience preparing bills of lading, packing lists, invoices and other shipping documents preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with customer portals, ASNs, freight contracts, export requirements, and Incoterms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generates packing lists for QOH parts.
• Issues BOL, packing lists, commercial invoices, tags pallets and dispatches shipments.
• Enters ASNs for shipments per customer portals as required.
• Maintains BOL records digitally and physically.
• Maintains customer pick lists and freight contracts.
• Performs SAP receiving transactions for raw material and MRO supplies.
• Assists with transacting outside work transactions as needed.
• Understands export shipments, license requirements and Incoterms for international shipments.
