Job summary

PLP is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator in the United States (Ohio, Mayfield). You will serve as the primary liaison between PLP's headquarters and international customers and subsidiaries, handling quotes, orders, and export documentation while expediting shipments.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with factories, vendors, and freight forwarders, and preparing customs documents.

Qualifications

• Two years of college minimum; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in international logistics or export operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems, especially IFS.

Responsibilities

• Produce quotations with pricing, lead times, terms, and packaging.
• Process sales orders, expedite, and coordinate shipping and export docs.
• Prepare country-specific customs documents and HS codes.
• Communicate order status with customers and internal teams.
• Set up projects to purchase machinery and tooling for subsidiaries.
• Analyze sales history and suggest EOQ and package quantities.
• Handle debits/credits, RMAs, and invoice adjustments.
• Review payments to freight forwarders and billing to customers.
• Maintain customer accounts and contract terms compliance.
• Prepare sales reports and other analyses; perform other duties.
