Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Two- or four-year degree in Business with an International focus or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Word and export documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and sales orders for international customers.
• Prepare interim loads and schedule shipments based on inventory.
• Create export documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipper's Declarations) per US regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure on-time ship dates.
• Communicate order status by email and manage returns/credits.
