Job summary

• Two or four year degree in Business with International emphasis or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Familiar with Federal Export Administration requirements.
• Understands and applies INCO terms.
• Strong organization, interpersonal and communication and writing skills.
• Professional work ethic.
• Desire to work with others to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Enter and schedule orders based on inventory.
• Create interim loads to size shipments and advise transportation.
• Plan shipment dates and coordinate with logistics teams and customers.
• Track orders to ensure product availability by ship date.
• Email customers to confirm ship dates, methods and payment requirements.
• Create export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipper’s Declarations).
• Ensure compliance with US Export Regulations and import rules.
• Keep customer files up to date and manage returns and credits.
• Coordinate with international staff, engineering, purchasing to answer questions.
• Understand and apply INCOTerms and export laws.
