Qualifications

• 7+ years in fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or continuous improvement.
• 3+ years in a 3PL, fulfillment, or high-volume distribution operation.
• Proven success influencing executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations, business cases, and operational performance analyses.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvement initiatives that delivered measurable gains in productivity, service levels, quality, cost savings, or client satisfaction.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success improving labor efficiency, workforce productivity, and operational KPIs in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement initiatives across fulfillment sites to improve productivity, quality, safety, and customer outcomes.
• Drive measurable improvements in labor-to-revenue, labor efficiency, throughput, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and service-level attainment.
• Lead Kaizen events, process mapping, root cause analyses, and other Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve workflows.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across supported fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with clients and leadership to improve service delivery and drive positive client business reviews.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for improvements, technology investments, and automation initiatives.
