The SCC will serve as the main liaison between RMG customers and steamship lines, maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with Logistics and Operations teams to move cargo efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Experience with document processing or logistics software.
• Strong technical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Receive, review, and process customer export booking requests and validate rates and contracts.
• Shipment Coordination and Monitoring: Track bookings and shipments, notify customers of changes, and coordinate with teams to meet cutoffs.
• Export Documentation and Compliance: Review shipping instructions, maintain records, and file AES/electronic filings where required.
• Bill of Lading Management: Review drafts, send for approval, and process amendments while minimizing delays.
• Contracts, Billing, and Customer Support: Interpret contracts, audit carrier invoices, onboard new customers, and support ongoing procedures.
