Job summary

Responsibilities

• Computer & Documentation: Utilize MS Outlook for communication and Excel for tracking inventory.
• Import/Export Coordination: Prepare and review shipping papers and import documentation.
• System Management: Master Maestro to update milestones, create flight plans, and enter data into the TMS.
• Tracking & Manifesting: Ensure recovered shipments are scanned, checked against manifest, and posted to confirm departure.
• Communication: Create pre-alerts for global agents and escalate logistical concerns.
• Warehouse Support: Handle dry ice safely, replenish shipments, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Compliance: Complete GxP documentation logs and ensure accurate labeling.
